What is the Pro Add-on?

The Pro Add-on is offered on our Home ADSL packages. This add-on converts your packages entire bandwidth into Pro bandwidth with higher traffic prioritisation and lower latency!

Who would use the Pro Add-on?

Pro bandwidth is ideal for customers who rely on time-sensitive applications such as games, VPN and streaming. These customers will benefit from an increase in speed with most online applications. This is similar to unshaped but has the added benefit of intelligent traffic prioritisation, ensuring an even better online experience. How do I activate the Pro Add-on?

1: Login to your DSL Console
2: Select Upgrades and Add-ons on the left panel.
3: Browse to the Home Pro Banner, as per the image above.
4: Select Activate.
