A: Yes, these are two separate services. Your Telkom monthly billed phone line will need to be ordered through Telkom and is used for making normal phone calls. If you require ADSL on your Telkom line it's an additional service you will have to order. The ADSL portion of your line can be ordered through Web Africa and come as part of our ADSL Complete packages.

Q: What is DSL Secure? A: DSL secure is a free security feature which allows you to lock your ADSL package to your phone number. You can enable DSL secure on up to four lines per account. You can find out more about DSL secure here.
Q: Does my ADSL package come with email accounts? A: We provide you with 5 email accounts on our ADSL home packages and 10 with our business ADSL packages. You can find a guide on setting up your email accounts here.
A: You can upgrade your ADSL package through your DSL Console. To have your package downgraded, send an email from an authorised contact to support@webafrica.co.za with your request.
