What are Top-Ups?

The Top-Up feature allows you to add additional bandwidth to your monthly allocation.

Top-Up Gigs won't expire at the end of the month- they'll keep rolling over until you've used them up.

How do I Top-Up?

1) Login to your DSL Console
2) Select Top-Up on the left pane
3) Select the amount of GB required on the right window
4) Select Purchase

What are Auto Top-Ups?

With Auto Top-Ups you can automatically top-up your account when you run out of bandwidth, saving you the hassle of having to manually top-up. We will notify you via SMS when we automatically top you up.

How do I enable Auto Top-Ups?

1) Login to your DSL Console
2) Select Top-Up on the left pane
3) Select the Enable Automatic Top-Ups feature
4) Specify the amount of additional Top-Up bandwidth you will require
5) Select your maximum monthly Top-Up limit
6) Select Update
